摘要
通过抗乳化性能测试和盐雾试验筛选了某环境友好水膜置换型防锈油用缓蚀剂。结果表明:虽然磺酸钙的耐盐雾腐蚀性能较好,但其抗乳化性能差,遇水容易发生分解。由基础油、氧化石蜡、氧化石蜡钙皂和磺酸钙经过科学配比复合而成的钙基复合剂的抗乳化性能和耐盐雾腐蚀性能较好,且对人类健康和环境无危害,故可代替磺酸钡盐用作缓蚀剂。以十二烯基丁二酸,N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺为脱水剂,钙基复合剂为缓蚀剂,配制的防锈油具有高效的水置换性并且环保安全。
A corrosion inhibitor used for environment-friendly water film replacement antirust oil was selected through demulsibility test and salt spray test.The results showed that although the salt spray corrosion resistance of calcium sulfonate was high,its demulsibility was poor and it was easy to decompose when encountering water.The calcium based composite agent,which was composed of base oil,oxidized paraffin,oxidized paraffin calcium soap and calcium sulfonate through scientific proportion,had good demulsibility and salt spray corrosion resistance,and was harmless to human health and the environment,so it could replace barium sulfonate as a corrosion inhibitor.The antirust oil prepared with dodecenylsuccinic acid,N-oleyl sarcosine octadecylamine as dehydrating agent and calcium based composite as corrosion inhibitor had high water displacement efficiency and was environmentally safe.
