少数民族居家失能老年人家庭功能对家庭照护质量的影响:社区参与养老照护的调节作用

Study on the Effect of Family Function on The Quality of Family Care for the Elderly with Home Disability of Ethnic Minorities Moderated by Community Participation

目的:分析社区参与家庭养老照护在新疆少数民族地区居家失能老年人家庭功能与家庭照护质量之间的作用机制。方法:采用日常生活活动能力量表(KatzADL)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、失能老年人家庭照护质量量表(FCCI)及社区参与家庭养老照护功能量表(CPEC)对431名新疆维、哈族居家失能老年人家庭进行问卷调查,并进行回归分析,检验社区参与家庭养老照护在居家失能老年人家庭功能与家庭照护质量之间的效应关系。结果:失能老年人家庭功能与社区参与家庭养老照护功能的交互项对家庭照护质量产生显著影响(β=-0.053,P<0.05)。结论:良好的家庭功能可提升失能老年人家庭照护质量,社区参与养老照护功能的充分发挥能够缓解家庭功能障碍对家庭照护质量的不良影响。

Objective To analyze the mechanism of community participation in family care on family function and quality of non-family care for the elderly with home disability in Xinjiang ethnic minority areas. Methods 431 families of Uygur and Kazak disabled elderly in Xinjiang were investigated by KatzADL, APGAR, FCCI and CPEC. Regression analysis was conducted. And the effect of community participation in family care on family function and quality of family care for the elderly with home disability was examined. Results The interaction terms of family function and community participation in family care for the disabled elderly had significant influence on the quality of family care(β=-0. 053, P < 0. 05). Conclusion Good family function can improve the quality of family care for the disabled elderly, and the full play of community participation in elderly care can alleviate the negative impact of family dysfunction on the quality of family care.
