数字化社会中,监控行为多以数据监控的形式呈现。从技术与监控的关联性语境来看,数字技术的发展促使监控由集中向泛化、液态及不确定性的方向发展。在这样的技术语境下,用户对数据监控趋于正向感知和趋于负向认知的内在矛盾愈发凸显。随着个体两种监控认知的碰撞与协调,逐渐形成“监控舒适区”这一新型的认知维度。用户走进“监控舒适区”,或许是数字时代监控议题需要关注的另一层含义。

In digital society,surveillance behaviors are mostly presented in the form of data surveillance.From the context of the correlation between technology and surveillance,the development of digital technology has led to a shift from centralised to generalised,liquid and indeterminate surveillance.In this technological context,the inherent contradiction between positive perceptions and negative perceptions of data surveillance has become more prominent.With the collision and coordination of the two kinds of surveillance cognition,a new cognitive dimension called"comfort of surveillance"is gradually formed.Users move into the"comfort of surveillance",which may be another implication of"surveillance issues"in the digital age.
