烧结智慧集控中心的设计与实现

摘要 通过一体化的操作平台,统一的网络规范和标准,在提高生产效率和操作水平的同时,为钢铁智慧工厂建设优化岗位人员配置,提供平台基础,研究并设计了烧结智慧集控中心。此系统的设计整体采用了超融合服务器与坐席管理系统相融合的方法,实现操作画面与监控视频无缝切换。同时对整体网络架构全面规划设计,在保证烧结智慧集控中心稳定运行的前提下预留智慧工厂对接接口,为后期的扩容奠定基础,更进一步提高企业的生产效率,增强企业的核心竞争力。 This paper studies and designs the sintering smart control center.Through the integrated operation platform,unified network specifications and standards,while improving the production efficiency and operation level,the sintering smart control center provides a platform basis for optimizing the post staffing for the construction of the sintering smart factory.The overall design of this system adopts the method of integrating hyper-converged server and agent management system,which can achieve seamless switching between operation screens and monitoring video.At the same time,the overall network architecture is comprehensively planned and designed to ensure stable operation of the center,and reserve smart factory interface for later expansion,which can further improve the production efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
