消防给水系统流量开关和压力开关设置探讨

Discussion on setting of flow switch and pressure switch of fire water supply system

消防水泵由压力开关、流量开关的开关信号直接自动启动,因此研究压力开关、流量开关的设置尤为重要。本文对消防给水系统的流量开关和压力开关的设置位置、启动值计算、启动顺序等进行探讨,选取的设置位置能准确及时地反馈启动信号,启动值的计算方法应用简便,选取的启动值兼顾避免误启动的同时,又能在火灾时及时启动消防水泵,以期可为不同工况下流量开关和压力开关的设置提供参考。

The fire pump is directly and automatically started by the switch signal of pressure switch and flow switch,so it is particularly important to study the setting of pressure switch and flow switch.In this paper,the setting position,starting value calculation and starting sequence of the flow switch and pressure switch of the fire water supply system are discussed,the selected setting position can accurately and timely feedback the start signal,and the calculation method of the start value is easy to apply.The selected starting value can avoid false start at the same time,and can timely start the fire pump in case of fire,so as to provide references for the setting of flow switch and pressure switch under different working conditions.
