非全日制硕士研究生培养现状与对策研究——基于某综合性高校学生就读体验的调查分析

A Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Training Part-time Postgraduate Students——Based on the Study Experience Survey of Students in a Comprehensive University

摘要 非全日制硕士研究生的实际就读体验对于保障其培养质量具有十分重要的参考价值。对某综合性高校非全日制硕士研究生就读体验的实证调查发现:就读体验整体水平较高;各维度就读体验水平差距较大,其中对学校资源条件和校内导师指导的体验很好,对考核与评价、技能提高与职业发展、课程教学与管理、专业实践和学工的体验较好,对校外导师指导的体验一般。为提高非全日制硕士研究生就读体验,应深入落实双导师制,健全校外导师管理制度;抓好专业实践全过程管理,构建协同机制;确保课程设置去学科式,坚持教学模式实践导向;建立生生交流沟通机制,加强“学生中心”的事务管理。 The actual study experience of part-time postgraduate students has very important reference value for ensuring the training quality.The empirical investigation on the study experience of part-time postgraduate students in a comprehensive university shows that:the overall level of study experience is high;there is a large gap in the level of study experience in each dimension,among which the students have a excellent experience of school resources and guidance from on-campus tutors,a good experience of assessment and evaluation,skill improvement and career development,course teaching and management,professional practice and students work,and a general experience of guidance from off-campus tutors.In order to improve the study experience of part-time postgraduate students,the double tutorial system should be thoroughly implemented and the management system of off-campus tutors should be improved.We should pay attention to the whole process management of professional practice and build a collaborative mechanism.To ensure that the curriculum is not disciplinary,adhere to the teaching model practice oriented.Communication mechanism should be established among students and should be strengthened the affairs management of“students orientation”.
