摘要
近年来一次性防护服使用量迅速暴增,不仅使物资消耗加速,更造成医疗资源浪费和环境污染,可重复使用医用防护服研发迫在眉睫,它从根本上解决了不可重复利用的问题。本文从层压织物、安全密封款式结构、接缝处密封工艺3方面阐述可重复使用医用防护服种类,并对防护服洗消要求和其防护性、舒适性、物理性能等进行评价标准分析。结果表明,可重复使用医用防护服研发,在于重点研究面料特性与合理消毒方案,在可重复性使用基础上提高服装热湿舒适性与人机工效性。
In recent years,the rapid spreading of the Covid-19 epidemic and the rapid increase in the use of disposable protective clothing have not only accelerated the consumption of materials,but also caused waste of medical resources and environmental pollution.The research and development of reusable medical protective clothing is imminent,which can fundamentally solve the problem of non-repeatable problem of use.The types of reusable medical protective clothing are introduced from three aspects:laminated fabric,safe sealing style and structure,and joint sealing process,and the evaluation standards of protective clothing washing requirements,comfort performance and physical performance are analyzed as well.The results show that the development of reusable medical protective clothing should focus on the characteristics of fabrics and reasonable disinfection schemes,and improve the thermal and the humidity comfort and ergonomics of clothing.
