有机硅柔软剂在锦氨织物上的迁移与分布探讨

摘要 为探究不同有机硅柔软剂分子在锦氨织物上的存在状态,对柔软整理后锦氨织物表面C、N、O、Si元素相对占比的变化进行研究,探讨了氨基硅油、聚醚嵌段硅油以及聚氨酯改性有机硅在锦氨纤维表面及纤维间隙中的分布状态,并给出柔软整理后锦氨织物的风格变化预期。结果表明:氨基硅油在锦氨纤维上的吸附及分布明显不够均匀,嵌段硅油的吸附量较大且均匀性更差;柔软剂分子间的纠缠结构有助于其吸附得更加充分和均匀;柔软剂于纤维间隙中的聚集性堆积是其重要的存在形式,分布均匀性较差,但能够形成分子间纠缠结构的柔软剂在纤维间隙中的分布均匀。 The change of relative proportion of element C,N,O and Si on the surface of nylon and spandex textile treated by different polysiloxane softeners were studied in order to explore the distribution of different softener.The distribution status of common amino silicone oil,block silicone oil and polyurethane modified silicone in the spandex fiber surface and fiber gap are discussed,and the style change expectation of spandex fabric after soft finishing is discussed.The results show that the adsorption and distribution of amino polysiloxane on the fiber is not uniform,and the uniformity of segmented polysiloxane is worse in spite of its adsorption capacity is higher.The inter-molecular entanglement insures the adsorbed fully and evenly by fibers.The aggregation and accumulation of softeners in the fiber gaps is important for softeners and the distribution uniformity of softeners is worse,but the distribution uniformity will be excellent can form intermolecular entanglement structure.
