印花用高稳定性活性深蓝的开发及应用性能 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决市场现有活性深蓝KR存在的印花工艺不稳定、固色率低和印花织物产生渗色的问题,开发了适用于印花工艺的高稳定性活性深蓝PRB,考察了染料的提升性能以及尿素用量、蒸化湿度和蒸化时间对染料稳定性能的影响。结果表明,该支活性染料对尿素用量及蒸化湿度依存性小,工艺变化对其影响较低;将该支染料用于棉和黏胶纤维织物时,染料在棉和黏胶纤维织物上的固色率达到75.0%左右,比市场现有活性深蓝KR高15.0%左右;白布沾色牢度为4级,比活性深蓝KR提高2级,印花织物边缘清晰,无渗色现象。 In order to solve the problems of unstable printing process,low fixation and permeation phenomenon of printed fabric existing in the reactive dark blue KR dyeing process,a high stable reactive dark blue dye PRB for printing technology was developed.The improved property and stability of the reactive dye were studied.Meanwhile,the effects such as urea dosage,evaporation humidity and times on the stability of dye were also investigated.The results show that urea dosage and evaporation humidity has less effect on the reactive dye.The reactive dye is applied to printing of cotton and viscose fabrics,the results exhibit that fixation of the reactive dye on cotton and viscose fabric is about 75.0%,which is 15.0%higher than that of traditional reactive dark blue dye KR in the market.Staining fastness of white cloth of the reactive dark blue dye PRB is grade 4,which is 2 grades higher than that of traditional reactive dark blue dye KR.The edge of printed fabric is clear and no permeation phenomenon can be found on the printed fabric.
