松江区院前急救反应时间的相关影响因素研究

Study on related factors of pre hospital emergency response time in Songjiang district

目的:研究松江区院前急救反应时间的相关影响因素。方法:通过统计调查的方式对松江区2017-01~2021-12急救中心院前急救反应时间情况进行统计,采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析探讨松江区地域、人口、呼叫时间、报警受理时间、行车时间等相关因素与院前急救反应时间的相关性。结果:2017~2021年松江区共受理报警呼救226597条,出车数197446次,救治病人数166591人,平均急救反应时间(11.35±3.87)min。经单因素分析,地域为农村、报警人文化程度低、报警受理时间长及行车时间长的病人院前急救反应长于地域为城镇、报警人文化程度高、报警受理时间短及行车时间短的病人(P<0.05)。经多因素分析显示,地域、人口文化程度、呼叫时间、报警受理时间、行车时间是影响院前急救反应时间的影响因素。结论:松江区地域、人口文化程度、呼叫时间、报警受理时间、行车时间是院前急救反应时间的影响因素,应根据这些相关因素制定针对性的改进措施,缩短患者的院前急救反应时间。

Objective:To study the related factors of pre hospital emergency response time in Songjiang district.Methods:the pre hospital emergency response time of the emergency center in Songjiang district from January 2017 to December 2021 was counted through statistical investigation.The correlation between the region,population,call time,alarm acceptance time,driving time and other relevant factors in Songjiang district and the pre hospital emergency response time was explored by single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis.Results:from 2017 to 2021,Songjiang district accepted 226597 alarm calls,197446 trips,166591 patients treated,and the average emergency response time was(11.35±3.87)min.Through univariate analysis,the pre hospital emergency response of patients with rural areas,low educational level of alarm personnel,long alarm acceptance time and long driving time was longer than that of patients with urban areas,high educational level of alarm personnel,short alarm acceptance time and short driving time(P<0.05).The multi factor analysis showed that the region,population education level,call time,alarm acceptance time and driving time were the factors affecting the response time of pre hospital first aid.Conclusion:Although the response time of pre hospital emergency in Songjiang district has been shortened year by year,it still needs to be improved.Among them,region,population education,call time,alarm acceptance time and driving time are the influencing factors of pre hospital emergency response time.Targeted improvement measures should be formulated according to these relevant factors to shorten the pre hospital emergency response time of patients.
