钢包滑板油缸自动装拆系统的开发及应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对炼钢厂连铸机滑板油缸人工装拆工位,开发机器人替代人工进行作业的系统设备。结合现场实际环境,通过机器人、视觉系统及相关夹具的配合使用说明系统的总体方案,阐述相关工装夹具的设计原理及结构,并对机器人系统进行仿真试验,为机器人在连铸机滑板油缸自动安装打下了基础,同时为推广机器人技术的广泛应用提供技术参考。设备采用机器人替代人工,使人工脱离高强度工作的同时也减少了相应的安全风险,为炼钢厂的安全生产、智能制造做出努力。 Aiming at the manual assembly and disassembly station of the slide oil cylinder of the continuous casting machine in the steelmaking plant,a system equipment for robots to replace the manual operation is developed.Combined with the actual environment of the site,through the cooperation of robots,vision systems and related fixtures,the overall scheme of the system is explained,the design principles and structures of related fixtures are expounded,and the robot system is simulated.The automatic installation of the oil cylinder has laid the foundation,and at the same time provides a technical reference for the promotion of the wide application of robot technology.The equipment uses robots to replace labor,which frees the labor from high-intensity work and reduces the corresponding safety risks,making some contributions to the safe production and intelligent manufacturing of the steelmaking plant.
