Research Progress and Utilization of Erythropalum scandens

赤苍藤Erythropalum scandens Bl.为民间药食两用植物,具清热利湿、祛风活血之功效,其药用活性成分主要为有机酸、挥发油、黄酮类、多糖和苷类等,具有抗痛风、促进尿酸代谢、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用,同时赤苍藤嫩茎叶富含维生素、矿物质及氨基酸等营养成分,具有非常高的营养价值。为赤苍藤的后续研究利用提供参考,从赤苍藤的药效活性成分、营养成分、药理作用、民族植物学、栽培学研究等方面进行综述,并展望赤苍藤未来的研究方向。

Erythropalum scandens is commonly used in the folk as a medicinal and edible plant,which has the effects of heat-clearing and dampness-disinhibiting,blood-activating and stasis-eliminating.Organic acids,volatile oils,flavonoids,polysaccharides and glycosides are the main chemical constituents of E.scandens,which have a wide range of pharmacological activity,such as anti-gout,promoting uric acid metabolism,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,at the same time,the tender stem and leaf of E.scandens are rich in vitamins,minerals,amino acids and other nutrients.In order to provide a reference for the research and application of E.scandens,the related research are reviewed from aspects of chemical constituents,nutritional ingredient,pharmacological activity,ethnobotany,cultivation,and the future research direction of E.scandens is prospected as well.
