PIVAS药学服务延伸提高我院急诊内科静脉药物滴速规范率

PIVAS Pharmaceutical Care Improve the Standard Rate of Clinical Intravenous Drug Dripping Rate

目的探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)药学服务延伸在提高临床静脉药物滴速规范率中的应用效果。方法通过问卷调查和临床观察,了解护理人员静脉药物滴速认知现状,运用PDCA循环法对2022年2月~2022年5月急诊内科静脉药物滴速进行持续质量改进。结果静脉药物滴速规范率由干预前36.9%提高至93.7%;护理人员对常用静脉用药物滴速相关知识掌握度由干预前54.7%提高至77.7%;对PIVAS药师药学服务延伸的满意度从活动前50.0%增加至86.7%。结论PIVAS药师深入临床开展药学服务,可规范静脉药物滴速,有效提高护理人员药学服务水平,提升PIVAS药师专业优势与职业价值。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application effect of pharmaceutical care extension in Pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)in improving the standard rate of clinical intravenous drug dripping rate.METHODS Investigated the nurses cognition status of intravenous drug dripping rate by questionnaire survey and clinical observation.PDCA cycle method was adopted to carry out continuous quality improvement of intravenous drug dripping rate in emergency department from February 2022 to May 2022.RESULTS The standardized rate of clinical intravenous drug dripping rate increased from 36.9%to 93.7%before the intervention,and the nursing staff′s knowledge of intravenous drugs commonly used in the department increased from 54.7%to 77.7%.The satisfaction of pharmaceutical care extension of PIVAS pharmacists increased from 50.0%to 86.7%.CONCLUSION PIVAS pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical care can significantly improve the standard rate of intravenous drip rate,improve the clinical nursing staff′s mastery of drug knowledge,and enhance the professional advantages and value of PIVS pharmacists.
