广州地区药品经营企业冷链管理现状调查及质量控制策略制定

Investigation on the Current Situation of Cold Chain Management and Formulation of Quality Control Strategy for Pharmaceutical Enterprises in Guangzhou

目的调查并分析广州地区药品经营企业冷链管理现状,为保障药品经营企业冷链管理质量提出相应策略。方法本文通过对2019~2021年广州地区药品经营企业冷链管理调查过程中发现的问题进行归纳与分析,探讨药品经营企业冷藏药品储存及运输过程中安全质量控制的有效干预措施。结果广州地区药品经营企业冷链管理已取得较为成熟发展,但其管理过程中仍然存在设备老化、管理观念落后、相关工作人员分工不够明确以及责任感欠缺等问题。结论通过提高药品冷链管理理念、加强相关人员冷链知识培训、提高冷链设备及资金投入、严格监督控制冷链环节、完善管理制度以及落实责任管理,有助于提高药品经营企业冷链管理质量。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the current situation of cold chain management in pharmaceutical enterprises in Guangzhou and put forward corresponding strategies to ensure the quality of cold chain management in pharmaceutical enterprises.METHODS This paper summarized and analyzed the problems found in the investigation of cold chain management of drug trading enterprises in Guangzhou from 2019 to 2021,and discussed the effective intervention measures for safety and quality control in the storage and transportation of refrigerated drugs in drug trading enterprises.RESULTS The cold chain management of pharmaceutical enterprises in Guangzhou has made relatively mature development,but there are still some problems in the management process,such as aging equipment,backward management concepts,unclear division of labor of relevant staff and lack of sense of responsibility.CONCLUSION It is helpful to improve the quality of cold chain management in pharmaceutical enterprises by improving the concept of cold chain management,strengthening the cold chain knowledge training of relevant personnel,improving the cold chain equipment and capital investment,strictly supervising and controlling the cold chain links,improving the management system and implementing responsibility management.
