摘要
目的探讨黄芪-蒲公英-炙甘草(芪蒲草)对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠的影响。方法每日自由饮100 mg·L^(-1)N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)水溶液(避光);以3 d为1个造模循环,第1天用56℃的氯化钠按照1.5 g·kg^(-1)灌胃;第2天撤饲料禁食不禁饮;第3天用30%乙醇按照10 mL·kg^(-1)灌胃,建立大鼠CAG模型。采用酶联免疫吸附法探讨芪蒲草对CAG大鼠的影响。结果芪蒲草能够不同程度地改善CAG大鼠的体重、精神状态、毛发的光泽、粪便的形态、胃组织的病理状态,能够调节CAG大鼠血清中GAS、IL-1β、IL-6、PGE2的水平。结论芪蒲草对CAG大鼠的作用机制,可能与升高GAS、PGE2水平、降低IL-1β、IL-6水平有关,从而起到保护胃黏膜,改善CAG的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Astragalus Radix-Dandelion-Honey-processed Licorice(QiPuCao)on rat models of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).METHODS The rats were fed with 100 mg·L^(-1)N-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine solution(MNNG)(protected from light).We set 3 days as 1 cycle:on day 1,rats were gavaged with 56℃sodium chloride based on the weight 1.5 g·kg^(-1);on day 2,the rats were fasted,but water was allowed;on day 3,rats were gavaged with 30%ethanol based on the weight 1.5 g·kg^(-1).Then rat models of CAG were established.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to explore the mechanism of QiPuCao on CAG models.RESULTS QiPuCao could improve the body weight,mental status,hair luster,fecal morphology and pathological state of gastric tissue in CAG models in different degrees.QiPuCao could regulate the levels of GAS,IL-1β,IL-6 and PGE2 in the serum on the rat models of CAG.CONCLUSION The therapeutic mechanism of QiPuCao on rat models of CAG may be related to the elevation of GAS and PGE2 levels and the reduction of IL-1βand IL-6 levels,which can protect gastric mucosa and improve the pathology of CAG.
