无花果有效成分降糖机制的研究进展

摘要 近几年糖尿病的发病率逐年上升,已严重危害人类的健康。目前临床上对糖尿病的治疗主要有胰岛素和口服降糖药,虽然药效明显,但长期服用可能会引起许多副作用,因而寻找高效低毒的降糖药仍是目前研究的热点。中药由于其作用温和以及多成分-多靶标治疗等优势,作为传统药使用的植物被认为是对抗包括糖尿病在内的许多疾病的新药来源。现代研究发现无花果具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑菌等多重药理活性,降血糖是其重要的药理活性之一。笔者通过查阅国内外文献,针对近年来无花果有效成分及降糖机制的研究概况进行综述,以全面了解无花果降血糖的有效成分及作用机制。 Diabetes mellitus has been on the rise in recent years,posing a serious threat to human health.At present,the therapeutic therapy of diabetes mellitus consists primarily of insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs,both of which are efficient but can have numerous side effects when used for an extended period of time.Therefore,current research continues to focus on finding high-efficiency and low-toxic hypoglycemic medicines.Plant material utilized as traditional Chinese medicine is regarded a novel source of drugs against many diseases,including diabetes,due to its moderate action and advantages such as multi-component-multi-target therapy.Modern study has discovered that Ficus carica has a variety of pharmacological activity,including anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,and antibacterial properties,with hypoglycemia being one among them.The author overview of the active components and hypoglycemic mechanism of Ficus carica in recent years was comprehensively examined by reading local and foreign literatures,in order to offer a foundation for future scientific research on the creation of new anti-diabetic drugs.
