Research on the Cooperative Education Strategy of“Party Construction Work+Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction”

目的探索党建和课程思政协同育人双向促进的实施路径。方法通过理论学习与实践研究,分析当前党建与课程思政未能有效融合的问题,并通过党建工作与教育教学实践,提出促进党建和课程思政协同育人的有效路径。结果加强顶层设计、加大资源建设、做实教师培训,可促进党建工作和课程思政协同育人。结论支部引领、党员带动,全员参与,有利于促进党建工作与课程思政建设有机融合、促进思政元素与专业教学内容无缝对接、促进教师思政素养与育人能力显著提升。

OBJECTIVE Explore the implementation path of the two-way promotion of party building and ideological and political education of curriculum.METHODS Through theoretical study and practical research,this paper analyzes the problem that the current party building and curriculum ideological and political cannot be effectively integrated.And through the party building work and education and teaching practice,it puts forward an effective path to promote the party building and ideological and political education.RESULTS Strengthening top-level design,increasing resource construction,and strengthening teacher training can promote the party building work and the ideological and political education of the curriculum.CONCLUSION Led by the branch,led by the Party members,and participated by all the staff,it is conducive to promoting the organic integration of the party building work and the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,promoting the seamless connection between the ideological and political elements and professional teaching content,and promoting the significant improvement of teachers′ideological and political literacy and educational ability.
