Menstrual disorder is a common symptom in perimenopause.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of perimenopausal menstrual disorder from“kidney”is effective.Therefore,this paper analyzes Fu Qingzhu s academic thought of“menstruation comes from kidney”,then briefly expounds the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and finally discusses the characteristics of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,principle-method-recipe-medicines.
