摘要
实践教学是师范生培养的关键环节,师范生从教能力需要在不断的教育实践中得以提升。教育部一直重视师范生从教能力培养和教育实践的落实,颁发教师教育标准及多个有关教师教育的文件,强调师范生综合素质和教学能力培养。但多年来,师范生的实践教学在培养目标、内容、形式、监控评价和组织保障方面存在不足,致使师范生的教学能力不能完全满足基础教育改革需求。围绕师范生培养质量和从教能力的有效提升,探索构建全过程、全方位、四年一贯的实践教学体系,进一步强化师资培养导向意识,加强技能实训场地建设及与实习基地的联动,确立多方参与、多样化的监控评价方式,是实现师范生教育培养目标的重要保证。
Practical teaching is the key link in the training of normal university students.The teaching ability of normal university students needs to be improved through continuous educational practice.The Ministry of Education has always attached importance to the cultivation of normal university students′ teaching ability and the implementation of educational practice.It has issued teacher education standards and several documents related to teacher education, emphasizing the cultivation of normal university students′ comprehensive quality and teaching ability.However, for many years, the practical teaching of normal university students has been deficient in training objectives, contents, forms, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational guarantee, resulting in the fact that the teaching ability of normal university students can not fully meet the needs of basic education reform.Centering on the effective improvement of the training quality and teaching ability of normal university students, exploring the construction of a whole-process, all-round, four-year consistent practical teaching system, further strengthening the consciousness of teacher training orientation, strengthening the construction of skills training sites and the linkage with the practice base, and establishing multi-participation and diversified monitoring and evaluation methods are important guarantees for the realization of the education and training objectives of normal university students.
