民企参与对国有混企双元创新的影响研究

Dual Innovation of State-Owned Mixed Enterprises

以2013―2020年A股国有上市公司作为研究对象,通过固定效应研究民企参与对国有混企双元创新的影响,从所有权、控制权、管理权三个维度衡量民企参与国企改革的程度,研究发现:民企参与国企混改对国有混企双元创新存在正向影响;民企合理分享和配置国有混企控制权对国有混企双元创新存在正向影响;民企委派董监高参与国有混企治理对国有混企探索式创新存在正向影响;共同富裕强化了民企参与对国有混企双元创新的正向影响。因此,应大力推进民营资本参与国企混改,增加民企参与国企混改的动力,合理配置国有企业的双元资源,提高国有企业的创新效率,创建一套完整先进的分配体制,促进国有企业共同富裕。

Taking A-share state-owned listed companies from 2013 to 2020 as the research object, this paper studies the influence of private enterprises′ participation on the dual innovation of state-owned mixed enterprises through fixed effects, and measures the degree of private enterprises′ participation in the reform of state-owned mixed enterprises from three dimensions of ownership, control right and management right.The results show that:(1)Private enterprises′ participation in the reform of state-owned mixed enterprises has a positive impact on the dual innovation of state-owned mixed enterprises;(2)Reasonable sharing and allocation of control rights of state-owned mixed enterprises by private enterprises has a positive impact on the dual innovation of state-owned mixed enterprises;(3)The participation of private enterprises in state-owned mixed enterprise governance by appointing Dong Jiangao has a positive impact on the exploratory innovation of state-owned mixed enterprises;(4)Common prosperity strengthens the positive influence of private enterprise participation on the dual innovation of state-owned mixed enterprises.Therefore, we should vigorously promote the participation of private capital in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises, increase the motivation of private enterprises to participate in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises, rationally allocate the dual resources of state-owned enterprises, improve the innovation efficiency of state-owned enterprises, create a complete and advanced distribution system, and promote the common prosperity of state-owned enterprises.
