摘要
该文采用实验法进行高强度间歇训练(HIIT)干预,探索HIIT训练对高校超重肥胖学生的影响成效,并形成高校学生体质保健策略,以达到控制学生体重,提升学生身心健康水平,促进学生素养成长的教育目的。实验结果证明,采用注重健康意识与膳食营养习惯养成和成长激励的HIIT运动策略,可有效帮助超重与肥胖学生大幅降低因不健康生活饮食习惯所导致的超重与肥胖发生率,获得较好的体育运动体验和较高的身心健康水平。HIIT训练在达到控制体重的同时,能够实现思想意志教育和行为习惯教育的互相促进,对高校特殊人群的体育教学或运动处方干预具有推广价值。
This paper adopts the experimental method to carry out HIIT training intervention,explores the effect of HIIT training on overweight and obese students in colleges and universities,and forms physical health care strategies for college students,so as to achieve the educational purpose of controlling students’weight,improving their physical and mental health and promoting their quality growth.The experimental results show that the HIIT sports strategy which focuses on health awareness and the cultivation and growth incentives of dietary and nutritional habits can effectively help overweight and obese students to significantly reduce the incidence of overweight and obesity caused by unhealthy living and eating habits,and obtain better sports experience and higher physical and mental health.HIIT training can achieve the mutual promotion of ideological and will education and behavior habit education while achieving weight control,and has the promotion value for PE teaching or exercise prescription intervention for special groups in colleges and universities.
