新冠肺炎疫情背景下大学生校园健康跑状况与影响因素研究——以北京某高校为例

Study on the Status and Influencing Factors of College Students’Campus Healthy Running under the Background of the COVID-19——Taking a University in Beijing As an Example

摘要 近年来,为帮助大学生提高体质、培养良好的运动习惯,全国各大高校陆续开展校园健康跑活动。该文以北京某高校本科生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和深度访谈的方法进行研究。研究发现,在疫情大背景下,新冠疫情在一定程度上降低了大学生参与校园健康跑的积极性,但对大学生跑步偏好、运动时间与配速无明显影响。校方激励策略与天气等不可控因素是大学生参与健康跑的显著影响因素,有效的激励策略能够为大学生参与健康跑带来积极的促进作用,探究有效的激励策略是提升大学生运动积极性的关键。 In recent years,in order to help college students improve their fitness and cultivate good sports habits,colleges and universities across the country have successively carried out campus healthy running.Taking undergraduates in a university in Beijing as the research object,through the methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper finds that in the context of the post-epidemic era,COVID-19 has reduced college students’enthusiasm to participate in campus healthy running to a certain extent,but has no significant impact on the running preference,exercise time and pace of college students.The uncontrollable factors such as college’s incentive strategies and weather are significant influencing factors for college students to participate in healthy running,effective incentive strategies can bring the positive promotion effect for college students to participate in healthy running,and exploring effective incentive strategies is the key to improving the sports enthusiasm of college students.
