社会体育组织中卡理斯玛权威治理的局限与超越

Limitations and Transcendence of Charisma’s Authority Governance in Social Sports Organizations

目前,我国多数社会体育组织的发展依赖于领袖的个人资源,治理结构处于韦伯社会学中的卡理斯玛权威治理阶段。基于多家社会体育组织的发展,该文采用文献资料法、案例分析法以及对社会体育组织负责人的访谈法,细致分析卡理斯玛效应在社会体育组织中的治理逻辑、影响及其困扰,以期促进社会体育组织内部治理结构的转型以及卡理斯玛效应功能的发挥。

At present,the development of most social sports organizations in China depends on the personal resources of leaders,and the governance structure is in the stage of"Charisma Authority Governance"in Weberian sociology.Based on the development of a number of social sports organizations,using the literature method,case analysis method and interview method of the principals of social sports organizations,this paper carefully analyzes the governance logic,influence and troubles of Charisma Effect in social sports organizations,and tries to provide some suggestions for the transformation of the internal governance structure of social sports organizations and Charisma Effect functioning to overcoming limitations and transcend.
