新时代体教融合视域下青少年篮球人才培养的路径研究

Research on the Path of Young Basketball Talents Training from the Perspective of the Integration of Sports and Education in the New Era

该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析法等方法,对新时代体教融合视域下青少年篮球人才的培养路径进行研究,以期为青少年篮球人才培养提供路径依据。目前青少年篮球人才培养面临的现实困境:赛事体系断层;青少年运动员基数小;基层教师执教水平低;学训矛盾突出。培养路径:体育教育部门深度融合,开展适合青少年篮球运动员的赛事体系;加强校园多元化宣传及活动力度,增加青少年篮球人才基数;校内外基层教师高度配合,强化教学实践能力;加强政策落实保障,确保学训融合发展。

Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper studies the training path of young basketball talents in the perspective of the integration of sports and education in the new era, in order to provide a path basis for the training of young basketball talents. At present, the training of young basketball talents faces the following practical difficulties: the competition system is faulty, the base of young athletes is small, the teaching level of grassroots teachers is low, and the contradiction between learning and training is prominent. The training paths are as follows: the sports department and education department should be deeply integrated to develop an event system suitable for young basketball players, diversified publicity and activities on campus should be strengthened to increase the base of young basketball talents, grassroots teachers inside and outside the school should highly cooperate with each other to strengthen their teaching practice ability, and the guarantee of policy implementation should be strengthened to ensure the integrated development of learning and training.
