Development Strategy and Prospect of Citrus Industry in Yongchun County Based on the SWOT Analysis

永春县是著名的“中国芦柑之乡”,具有柑橘种植的独特地理优势、气候优势和生态优势。永春县芦柑产业发展对带动农民增收、加快推进永春县实现乡村产业振兴有着重要意义。以永春县芦柑产业为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法,全方位分析了永春县芦柑产业发展现状,以及产业发展中存在的内部优势与劣势和外部机遇与挑战,探索当前制约永春芦柑产业发展的核心因素。基于此,结合永春县芦柑产业发展面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,从不同战略维度提出了促进永春县芦柑产业发展的对策建议,即:加强科技引领,推动农业现代化;推动市场协同,优化品牌建设;完善基础设施,打造集群效应;强化三产融合,提升产品竞争力;推动绿色发展,实现质效双赢;加强校地企合作,注入发展动力;强化政策推动,吸引青创人才回归;完善利益联结,促进小农增收等。最后,对永春县芦柑产业发展前景进行了展望。

Yongchun county is a famous hometown of Chinese citrus, and has unique geographical advantages, climatic advantages and ecological advantages of citrus planting. The development of citrus industry in Yongchun county is of great significance to promote farmers’ income and accelerate the revitalization of rural industry in Yongchun county. Taking the citrus industry in Yongchun county as the research object, using SWOT analysis method, the current situation of the citrus industry development in Yongchun county was comprehensively analyzed, as well as the internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and challenges of the industry, and the core factors restricting the development of the citrus industry in Yongchun were explored. Based on this, combining with the advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of citrus industry in Yongchun county, countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of citrus industry in Yongchun county were put forward from different strategic dimensions, that is, strengthening the guidance of science and technology to promote agricultural modernization;promoting the market coordination to optimize brand building;improving infrastructure to create cluster effect;strengthening the integration of three industries to enhance product competitiveness;promoting green development to achieve win-win quality and efficiency;strengthening the cooperation between schools and local enterprises to inject momentum for development;strengthening the policy promotion to attract the return of young creative talents, and perfecting the benefit connection to promote small-scale farmers’ income increase. Finally, the future prospect of Yongchun citrus industry development was forecasted.
