Impact of Scientific and Technological Innovation on the Driving Effect of Industry Integration under the Background of Rural Revitalization

实现乡村产业融合是促进乡村产业兴旺的重要途径。实现乡村振兴,需大力推进乡村产业融合。科技创新对促进农业现代化发展具有重要作用。为充分验证科技创新在乡村产业融合中的驱动效应,采用网络问卷和数据调查分析的形式,通过对31个省(市、自治区)的农民进行问卷调查,有针对性地对产业融合、产业链、多功能、就业和收入、城乡一体五大方面进行调查分析。结果表明:乡村产业融合在发展过程中还存在科技创新投入不足、科技创新环境不佳、科技创新战略落后等问题。基于此,需要提升科技创新投入,优化科技创新环境,为乡村产业融合营造良好氛围,协同推进乡村产业融合。

The integration of rural industries is an important way to promote the prosperity of rural industries. Therefore, to achieve rural revitalization, it is necessary to vigorously promote the integration of rural industries. Scientific and technological innovation plays an important role in promoting agricultural modernization. In order to fully verify the driving effect of scientific and technological innovation in rural industrial integration, through adopting the form of network questionnaire and data survey and analysis, a questionnaire survey among farmers in 31 provinces and autonomous regions was conducted. Targeted investigation and analysis were conducted on the integration of rural industries, extension of agricultural industry chain, multi-functional agriculture, promotion of employment and improvement of farmers’ income,urban-rural integration and other aspects. The analysis results showed that there are still some problems in the development of rural industrial integration in China, such as insufficient investment in scientific and technological innovation, poor environment for scientific and technological innovation, and backward scientific and technological innovation strategy. Based on this, it is necessary to enhance the investment in scientific and technological innovation, optimize the environment for scientific and technological innovation,and create a good atmosphere for rural industry integration, so as to promote rural industry integration.
