摘要 林草火灾是损失严重的自然灾害,林草防火预警监测系统能有效地对林草火灾实施预警和监测,从而达到防范于未然,将火灾消灭在萌芽状态的目的。但对于监测预警系统(包括人工上报)床发现的火灾,其灾后的评估考核等工作均受到影响。某种意义上来说,预警监测不能完整而全面地反应火灾的真实数据。分析了工作案例,介绍了方法提出的背景,详细描述了基于卫星影像AI判读林草火灾变化图斑的实现方法及灾后分析的建议与思考,对林草火灾评估、趋势预判分析及预警监测一定指导意义。 Forestry and grassland fire is a natural disaster with serious losses.The forestry and grassland fire warning and monitoring system can effectively implement the early warning and monitoring of forestry and grassland fire,so as to prevent the fire in the bud.However,for the fires that were not detected by the monitoring and warning system(including manual reporting),the post-disaster assessment and assessment work will be affected.In a sense,early warning monitoring cannot reflect the real data of fire completely and comprehensively.The working case was analyzed,the background of the proposed method was introduced,and the realization method of forestry and grassland fire change map spot interpretation based on satellite image AI was described in detail,as well as the suggestions and thoughts of post-disaster analysis.It has certain guiding significance for forestry and grassland fire assessment,trend prediction analysis and early warning monitoring.
