基于地形影响的广西森林火灾水泵扑救方法研究

Research on Water Pump Fighting Method of Forest Fire in Guangxi Based on Terrain Influence

广西壮族自治区森林资源丰富,地势地貌变化大,水资源丰富,宜开展以水灭火扑救方法。但因部分地形险峻、地势高差大,森林火灾扑救困难较大。为更好地利用广西地区丰富的水资源条件,避免因专业灭火队伍人数不足,无法及时开展森林火灾扑救的情况,应提高应急资源调配、储备效率,更好地保护林区生态资源。以目前市场主流水泵设备参数、以水灭火协作方法、水泵搭配方法为研究对象,系统分析了广西目前森林火灾发生状况、可利用水资源情况、现有队伍人数建制,提出了基于不同地形变化的水泵选型和队伍人员使用协作模式,并对以最小单元为基础的以水灭火方案进行了评价。以期为地势地貌变化较大的西南地区的以水灭火设备投入与储备提供思路,保证灭火效率。

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is rich in forest resources,great changes in terrain and landform,and abundant in water resources,so it is appropriate to carry out fire fighting with water.However,it is difficult to put out forest fires because of the steep terrain and large elevation difference.In order to make better use of the rich water resources in Guangxi,avoid the situation that the number of professional fire fighting teams is not enough to carry out timely forest fire fighting,improve the efficiency of emergency resource allocation and storage,and better protect the ecological resources in the forest area.In this study,the current market mainstream water pump equipment parameters,water fire fighting cooperation methods,and water pump allocation methods was taken as the research objects,The current situation of forest fire,available water resources,and the number of existing teams in Guangxi were systematically analyzed.A model of water pump selection and team personnel cooperation based on different terrain changes was proposed,and the water fire extinguishing scheme based on the minimum unit was evaluated.It provides ideas for the input and storage of water fire extinguishing equipment,especially water pump materials,in the southwest region where the terrain and landform change greatly,to ensure the fire extinguishing efficiency and speed.
