国家储备林项目经济收益渠道分析——以甘肃省陇南市为例

Analysis on the Economic Income Source of National Reserve Forest Project——Taking Longnan City,Gansu Province as an Example

国家储备林建设周期长,贷款额度高,生态效益高,商品材前期收益不足以偿还贷款,前期还款收益来源设计及分析是规划及可行性研究的重点。以陇南市为例,分析了全国及甘肃省木材生产情况、全国碳交易情况以及陇南市特色产业市场情况,为国家储备林建设规划提出了建议。

The national reserve forest is difficult to complete due to the long period,the high loan amount,and the high ecological benefit.The early income of commercial timber is insufficient to repay the early repayment of the loan.The design and analysis of the source of the early repayment income is focus on planning and feasibility study.Taking Longnan City as an example,the national and Gansu Province’s timber production,national carbon trading and Longnan City's characteristic industry market were analyzed,and suggestions for the national reserve forest construction planning were put forward.
