摘要 农村基础教育信息化是我国教育信息化的重要组成部分,能够促进城乡义务教育实现优质均衡发展,促进农村基础教学质量全面提升,为乡村振兴培育人才。但目前农村基础教育信息化建设面临着不同地区城乡中小学校际间发展不均衡、运行保障机制不健全、网络硬件设备维护与应用软件更新不足、教育教学与信息技术不能深度融合等方面的现实困境。要持续优化农村基础教育信息化建设路径,加大投资力度,创新长效保障机制,加强网络硬件设备维护与应用软件的更新,推进教学与信息技术深度融合,建立绩效评估机制,以促进农村基础教育高质量发展。 Rural basic education informatization is an important part of China’s education informatization, which can promote the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education, promote the overall improvement of rural basic teaching quality, and cultivate talents for rural revitalization. However, the construction of rural basic education informatization is currently facing the real dilemma of uneven development between urban and rural primary and secondary schools in different areas, unsound operation guarantee mechanism, insufficient maintenance of network hardware equipment and update of application software, and inability to deeply integrate education and teaching with information technology. It is necessary to continuously optimize the construction path of rural basic education informatization, increase investment, innovate long-term guarantee mechanism, strengthen the maintenance of network hardware equipment and update of application software, promote the deep integration of teaching and information technology, and establish performance evaluation mechanism in order to promote the high-quality development of rural basic education.
