氧化应激在多囊卵巢综合征中的研究进展

Research progress of oxidative stress in polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种妇科内分泌疾病,且受多种因素影响,严重影响女性的生殖健康。氧化应激(OS)是体内氧化与抗氧化作用的失衡。研究表明,OS可能与PCOS的发展有关。本文主要从慢性炎症、代谢紊乱、生殖功能障碍等方面阐述OS在PCOS中的发生发展机制,为PCOS抗氧化治疗提供理论依据。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a gynecological endocrine disease,which is affected by many factors,and seriously affects women’s reproductive health.Oxidative stress(OS)is the imbalance between oxidation and antioxidation in the body.Research showed that OS might be associated with the development of PCOS.This paper mainly elaborates the mechanism of the occurrence and development of OS in PCOS from the aspects of chronic inflammation,metabolic disorders,reproductive dysfunction etc.,so as to provide theoretical support for antioxidant treatment of PCOS.
