蔬菜尾菜饲料化利用及其对动物机体影响的研究进展

Research Progress of Forage Utilization of Vegetable Waste and Its Effect on Animal Body

我国是农业生产大国,在农作物种植面积广、总产量高的同时也产生了大量的蔬菜尾菜,这些蔬菜尾菜处理不当会造成严重的环境污染和资源浪费。蔬菜尾菜的非常规饲料资源开发不仅可有效解决此类问题,而且也可一定程度上缓解饲料资源短缺问题。文章从尾菜的饲用价值与利用技术、尾菜对动物机体的作用及机制、尾菜饲料化技术和开发思考等方面进行综述,为蔬菜尾菜饲料资源化利用提供一些思路。

China is a large agricultural production country,with a wide crop planting area,high total production and also produced a large number of vegetable waste,these vegetable waste improper treatment will cause serious environmental pollution and waste of resources.The resource utilization of vegetable waste can effectively solve such problems.In addition,vegetable waste as unconventional feed materials can also alleviate the shortage of feed resources.In this paper,the feeding value and utilization technology of vegetable waste,the effect and mechanism of vegetable waste on animal body,the feedstuff technology and development thinking of vegetable waste are reviewed,so as to provide some ideas for the resource utilization of vegetable waste feed.
