摘要 嗜血支原体(原附红细胞体)属于支原体目支原体科支原体属。嗜血支原体寄生在包括人类在内的多种哺乳动物的红细胞表面或内部,导致感染宿主出现从无任何特征性表征到诱发潜在的危及生命的溶血性贫血等症状。国内外多个地区报道了嗜血支原体的传播与感染情况,表明嗜血支原体是世界范围内常见和重要的传染原,应该进行进一步的研究,以更好地了解其对养殖动物和野生动物的影响,以及对人类的致病性情况。该文从动物感染后的临床特征、流行病学特征、检测方法、基因组学特征和治疗方案等方面综述对嗜血支原体的研究进展,为今后嗜血支原体综合防控提供参考。 Hemotropic mycoplasma(also known as Eperythrozoon) belongs to Mycoplasma,Mycoplasma family and Mycoplasma genus.Hemotropic mycoplasma parasitizes on the surface or inside of red blood cells of many mammals,including human beings,and causes infected hosts to show symptoms ranging from no characteristic features to potentially life-threatening hemolytic anemia.The transmission and infection of Hemotropic mycoplasma have been reported in many regions at home and abroad,indicating that Hemotropic mycoplasma is a common and important source of infection worldwide.Further research should be carried out to better understand its impact on cultured animals and wild animals,as well as its pathogenicity to humans.This article reviewed the research progress of Hemotropic mycoplasma from the aspects of clinical characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,detection methods,genomics characteristics and treatment plans,providing reference for comprehensive prevention and control of Hemotropic mycoplasma in the future.
