摘要
猪病毒性疾病是影响全球养猪业的主要疾病之一,包括猪轮状病毒病、猪传染性胃肠炎、猪瘟、猪繁殖障碍与呼吸综合症等。干扰素具有抗病毒功效,能够调节机体的免疫功能,在病毒性疾病的治疗中有很好的疗效,可以有效地控制病毒性疾病的传播,减少因病毒性疾病引起的养殖效益受损,已在兽医临床上有着广泛的应用。该文主要对干扰素的分类及其对免疫系统的调节作用、干扰素在猪病毒性疾病中的作用机制及应用进行概述,为猪病毒性疾病的防治提供思路。
Swine viral diseases are one of the major diseases affecting the global pig industry, including swine rotavirus disease,transmissible gastroenteritis,swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. Interferon has antiviral effect and can regulate the immune function of the body, which has good efficacy in the treatment of viral diseases and can effectively control the spread of viral diseases, thus reducing the damage of pig breeding efficiency caused by viral diseases,and has been widely used in veterinary. This paper provides an overview of the classification of interferons and their modulation of the immune system, the mechanism of action of interferons in viral diseases in pigs and their applications, in order to provide ideas for the control of swine viral diseases.
