蛋鸡饲养场沙门氏菌实验的监测意义和预防措施 被引量:1

摘要 随着沙门氏菌耐药性的不断变化,沙门氏菌感染对养殖业的影响日渐增强,尤其对于蛋鸡的感染危害严重,造成蛋鸡的死亡和产蛋率下降。被污染的鸡蛋和鸡肉产品流入市场,导致人接触污染物或食用相关的产品引发食物中毒,对人体健康产生危害。本次对蛋鸡场进行沙门氏菌的检测中发现蛋鸡场感染沙门氏菌的阳性率较高,在蛋鸡饲养过程中对沙门氏菌实验展开监测是必要的,并对监测意义进行分析,对饲养时预防沙门氏菌感染提出几点建议。 With the constant change of salmonella drug resistance,the influence of Salmonella infection on the aquaculture industry is increasingly enhanced,especially for the laying hens infection harm seriously,resulting in the death of laying hens and the reduction of laying rate.The introduction of contaminated eggs and chicken products into the market may lead to human exposure to pollutants or food poisoning caused by consumption of related products,which is harmful to human health.In this time,the positive rate of salmonella infection was found to be high in the egg farm. Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the experiment of salmonella in the feeding process of laying hens,and the significance of monitoring was analyzed,and several suggestions were put forward for the prevention of salmonella in the feeding.
