摘要
履带板挂胶技术对于履带车辆发挥机动性能有着重要作用,因此通过试验方法快速筛选出满足设计要求的橡胶材料对于履带车辆的设计开发有着重大意义。本文设计了一种履带板挂胶磨损试验机,可以根据不同路面工况进行自制模拟路面,再根据不同车型的受力情况进行压力和转速调节,对橡胶配方进行筛选。
The rubber hanging technology of track plate plays an important role in the dynamic performance of tracked vehicles, so it is of great significance for the design and development of tracked vehicles to quickly screen rubber materials that meet the design requirements through test methods. In this paper, a kind of wear tester for rubber on track plate is designed, which can simulate the road surface according to different road conditions, and then adjust the pressure and rotation speed according to the stress conditions of different vehicle types to filter the rubber formula.
