基于运气学说论汗出异常证

On abnormal sweating based on the doctrine of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors

运气学说源于《黄帝内经》,其包含的开阖枢与标本中气思想为古今医家广泛探讨及应用。仲景治病亦重视运气学说理论。现基于运气学说分析《伤寒论》中汗出异常证相关条文,探讨仲景应用运气理论诊治汗出异常证的规律,以期为临床诊断与治疗汗出异常证提供参考。

The doctrine of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors originates from Huangdi Neijing, in which the ideas of opening and closing the pivot and the manifestation, root cause and medial qi have been widely discussed and applied by ancient and modern physicians. it is reliable to say that Zhang Zhongjing also attaches importance to the doctrine of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in treating diseases. Based on this doctrine, this paper analyzes the relevant provisions of abnormal sweating in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases, and discusses the regularities of Zhang Zhongjing’s application of the doctrine in the diagnosis and treatment of the abnormal sweating syndrome.
