协同视域下高校劳动教育思政功能的实践方略

高校劳动教育思政功能是指高校通过劳动教育让教育对象形成正确的劳动思想和劳动价值观。为了更好地落实立德树人根本任务、培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,促进劳动教育思政功能的有效发挥成为当下高校劳动教育的重要任务。然而,相关理念未形成、主体协作机制尚不健全、资源整合存在阻碍等因素制约了高校劳动教育思政功能的发挥。为此,基于协同理论,高校需通过确立新时代高校劳动教育协同目标、推动劳动教育各主体高效协作、整合育人资源构建良好劳动育人环境等途径推动劳动教育思政功能的发挥,进而为实现第二个百年奋斗目标、建设中国式现代化培育有理想信念、有责任担当、有实践本领的时代新人。
