体教融合视域下跳水后备人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Diving Reserve Talents from the Perspective of Sports and Education Integration

我国跳水项目在各级各类世界大赛中摘金夺银,获得了跳水“梦之队”的称号。与之形成鲜明对比的却是跳水项目后备人才数量锐减,跳水项目后备人才锐减的现象也逐渐引起体育界和学界的广泛关注。跳水项目如何实现体教融合,借助体教融合东风,快速搭建起“欢享乐趣、强健体质、培育人格、磨炼意志”的后备人才培养平台。在全民教育体系中,形成学校、体校、俱乐部、专业队、社会力量等多方共荣共生格局,发挥教育功能属性,“以体育人”,最终形成“亦读亦训”的全新的跳水后备人才培养新模式。研究通过调查全国19个省市(区)涉及跳水后备人才培养的教练员和管理人员发现,我国跳水项目后备人才培养存在竞选矛盾、战略布局、人才培养理论以及学训矛盾四个方面制约因素。针对性提出体教融合背景下跳水后备人才培养路径,旨在为我国跳水事业后备人才培养提供可行性建议。

our diving events at all levels in various world competitions to win gold and silver,was diving“Dream Team”title.In sharp contrast,the lack of diving event reserve personnel,diving event reserve personnel sharp decline phenomenon has gradually attracted widespread attention in sports and academia.How to realize the integration of sports and education in diving events,by means of the east wind of the integration of sports and education,to quickly build up a“Fun,strong physique,cultivate personality,temper the will,”the reserve personnel training platform.In the system of education for all,the formation of schools,sports schools,clubs,professional teams,social forces and other co-prosperity symbiosis pattern,play the educational function of the attribute of“Sports people”,finally,the formation of a“Read also training”of the new diving reserve personnel training model.This article through the National 19 provinces and cities(regions)diving reserve personnel training coaches,managers found that,there are four restrictive factors in training reserve talents of diving events in our country,such as election contradiction,strategic layout,talent training theory and study-training contradiction.In order to provide positive reference for the development of diving in our country,this paper puts forward the training path of diving reserve talents under the background of“Sports and education integration”.
