国能神东煤炭乌兰木伦煤矿智能化矿山建设探索

摘要 煤炭是我国一次能源中最经济、可靠的资源,是我国能源安全的压舱石。煤矿智能化是煤炭工业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,是煤矿综合机械化发展的新阶段,是煤炭生产方式革命的新方向。通过人工智能、工业物联网、云计算、大数据、机器人、智能装备等与煤矿开采深度融合,形成全面感知、实时互联、分析决策、自主学习、动态预测、协同控制的智能系统,实现煤矿采掘、运输、供电、供排水、通风、安全保障、经营管理等过程的智能化运行,对于提升煤矿安全生产水平、保障煤炭稳定供应具有重要意义。同时加快推进煤矿智能化建设,构建智能+绿色煤炭工业新体系,实现煤炭资源的智能、安全、高效、绿色开发与低碳清洁利用是我国煤炭工业新时期高质量发展的战略任务。 Coal is the most economical and reliable resource in primary energy in China,and it is the ballast stone of Chinese energy security.The intellectualization coal mine is the core technology support of high quality development of coal industry,a new stage of comprehensive mechanization development of coal mine,and a new orientation of coal production mode revolution.By artificial intelligence,industrial internet of things,cloud computing,big data,robot and intelligent equipment and coal mining depth fusion,forming a intelligent system with comprehensive perception,real-time interconnection,analysis and decision,autonomous learning,dynamic prediction,and cooperative control,realizing intelligent operation of mining,transportation,power supply,water supply,drainage,ventilation,security,management and other processes,which has great significance to improve the coal safety production level and ensure the stable supply of coal.At the meanwhile,accelerating the construction of intelligent coal mine,building a new system of intelligent+green coal industry,and realizing the intelligent,safe,efficient,green development and low carbon clean utilization of coal resources are strategic tasks of high quality development in the new period of our coal industry.
