腹腔鏡與剖腹手術治療良性卵巢腫瘤的療效分析

Clinical analysis of ovarian benign tumor treated by laparoscopy and laparotomy

目的探討腹腔鏡手術與開腹手術治療卵巢良性腫瘤的效果。方法選擇2002年2月~2005年1月本院治療的100例卵巢良性腫患者,随機分爲腹腔鏡手術組和剖腹手術組各50例,比較兩組術中、術後情況。結果腹腔鏡手術組手術時間與剖腹手術組比較差異無顯著性意義(P>5.O5),腹腔鏡手術組術中出血、肚門排氣時間、術後平均住院日、術後發熱、鎭痛劑使用例數均明顯少於剖腹手術組(P<0.01)。結論腹腔鏡手術組具有術中出血少、術後恢復快、住院時間短等優點,腹腔鏡手術成爲良性卵巢腫瘤的首選方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in treating ovarian benign turn or.Methods 100 patients with ovarian benign tumor in our hospital from February 2002 to January 2005 were randomly divided into laparoscopy group and laparotomy group.The results were compared between the 2 groups.Results The amounts of bleeding,the period of pass gas,the time of hospitalization after operation,the case of fever and analgesia drug needed were all significantly less than these of laparotomy group(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy is the first choice for treatment of ovarian benign tumor.
