16例別瞟呤醇藥疹分析

Clinical study of 16 patients with drug eruptions caused by allopurinol

目的分析別瞟呤醇藥疹的臨床特點。方法對16例別瞟呤醇藥疹,從年齡、性別、潛伏期、皮疹類型、白細胞、肝腎功能、治療方法及結果等各方面進行分析。結果別瞟呤醇藥疹潛伏期長,多發生於老年男性,皮疹類型多樣,内臟損害多見。結論早期診斷,合理使用激素對控制病情是十分重要的措施。

Objective To analyse the clinical signs of drug eruptions caused by allopurinol.Methods Clinical data from 16 cases of drug eruption caused by allopurinol were analysed according to patients'age,sex,incubation period,patterns of skin eruptions,white blood cell,function of liver and kidney,method and result of treatment.Results eruptions caused by allopurinol were characterized by the longer incubation period,various patterns of skin eruptions,internal organ involvement and old aged male suffered often.Conclusion early diagnosis and reasonable treatment with corticosteriod are emphasized.
