中医传统功法在脑卒中后运动康复作用的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in exercise rehabilitation after stroke

中医传统功法在治疗脑卒中运动功能障碍中的应用日趋广泛。本文归纳八段锦、太极拳、易筋经这三种颇具代表性的中医传统运动疗法在脑卒中患者运动康复的作用,分别从平衡功能、肌力恢复、步态改善等方面分析这三种中医传统功法康复的治疗机制,并对其治疗脑卒中后运动功能障碍的临床价值进行探索。

The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke motor dysfunction is becoming more and more extensive.The effects of Baduanjin, Taijiquan and Yijinjing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients are summarized in this thesis.The treatment mechanism of these three traditional Chinese medicine methods from the aspects of balance function, muscle strength recovery and gait improvement, and explores their clinical value in the treatment of motor dysfunction after stroke is analyzed.
