摘要
目的构建老年髋部骨折患者围术期营养风险管理方案。方法采用文献回顾和德尔菲法,制定老年髋部骨折患者围术期营养风险管理方案。结果两轮函询的专家积极系数均为100%。最终形成包括营养筛查、营养评估、营养干预及营养监测4个一级指标在内的老年髋部骨折患者围术期营养风险管理方案。结论本研究制定的老年髋部骨折患者围术期营养风险管理方案具有一定的科学性、可行性,可以进一步在临床实践中检验应用。
Objective The aim of this study was to construct a perioperative nutritional risk management scheme for elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods Literature review and Delphi analysis was used to develop a perioperative nutritional risk management plan for elderly patients with hip fracture. Results Positive coefficients of experts in both rounds were 100%.A perioperative nutritional risk management scheme for elderly hip fracture patients was formed with four primary indicators: nutritional screening, nutritional evaluation, nutritional intervention and nutritional monitoring.Conclusion Perioperative nutritional risk management scheme for elderly patients with hip fracture developed in this study was scientific and feasible, and could be further tested and applied in clinical practice.
