摘要
目的 探讨血液透析患者透析日和非透析日疲乏轨迹的潜在类别及其疲乏轨迹的影响因素。方法 2022年2月至3月,采用便利抽样法选取银川市某三级甲等医院血液透析室60例患者作为调查对象。采用简易疲乏量表调查患者在第1周、第3周、第5周透析日与非透日的疲劳水平,采用增长混合模型及Logistic回归分析进行数据处理。结果 识别出患者透析日与非透析日疲劳轨迹均分为2个潜在类别,透析日分为疲乏升高组(45.9%)、疲乏减轻组(54.1%);非透析日分为疲乏减轻组(40.5%)、稳定疲乏组(59.5%);Logistic回归分析显示,透析日的两个轨迹类别在性别、透析年限具有统计学差异(P<0.05);非透析日的两个轨迹类别在年龄具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析患者在透析日与非透析日疲劳程度呈现不同的变化轨迹,医护人员可以根据不同类别的人群采取不同的干预措施。
Objective To investigate the potential categories of fatigue trajectories on and non-dialysis days in hemodialysis patients and their influencing factors.Methods From February 2022 to March 2022,60 patients in the hemodialysis unit of a tertiary hospital in Yinchuan City were selected by convenient sampling method.A simple fatigue scale was used to investigate the fatigue level of dialysis day and non-dialysis day in the first week, week 3 and week 5,and the growth mixed model and logistic regression analysis were used for data processing. Results It was identified that the fatigue trajectories of dialysis day and non-dialysis day were divided into two potential categories, and dialysis day was divided into fatigue increase group(45.9%)and fatigue reduction group(54.1%).Non-dialysis days were divided into fatigue reduction group(40.5%)and stable fatigue group(59.5%).Logistic regression analysis showed that the two trajectories on dialysis days were statistically significant in terms of sex and dialysis years(P<0.05).Two trajectories on non-dialysis days were statistically significant in age(P<0.05).Conclusion The fatigue of hemodialysis patients on dialysis days and non-dialysis days shows different trajectories, and medical staff can take different interventions according to different categories of people.
