全科医生在高血压领域研究的知识图谱分析

Knowledge graph analysis of General Practitioners research in the field of hypertension

目的分析全科医生在高血压领域的研究现状、热点与发展趋势,梳理知识结构,为全科医生在高血压疾病的实践与研究提供支持。方法本研究以知网核心数据库来源,采用Citespace科学计量分析工具及Carrot软件进行发文趋势分析、机构合作网络分析、作者合作网络分析、期刊网络分析及关键词共现分析。结果全科医生针对高血压的研究经历了三个时期,目前处于稳定发展的趋势;高产出的机构较少,且合作较少,在该领域有少数地区具有较高的影响力,主要集中在发达地区,并形成一定核心作者群及相对稳固的学术团队,但是跨区域合作较少;高频关键词和高突显性关键词一致性较高,管理干预及全科治疗是热点。结论全科医生针对高血压领域研究还有待深入,跨机构、多学科的合作网络需要加强,全科医生在高血压等慢病管理诊治的模式需要创新,形成更成熟、规范化的体系是不断探索的方向之一。

Objective To analyze the research status, hot spots and development trends of general practitioners in the field of hypertension, sort out the knowledge structure, and provide support for general practitioners’ practice and research in hypertension diseases.Methods This study use the CNKI core database source, uses Citespace scientific metrology analysis tools and Carrot software for publishing trend analysis, analysis of institutional cooperation network, analysis on the author cooperation network, analysis of journal network and keyword co-occurrence analysis. Results General practitioners research on hypertension for three periods, it is in the trend of stable development at present;fewer high-yield institutions and less cooperation, high influence in a few areas, mainly concentrated in developed areas, form a certain core author group and relatively stable academic team, but less cross-regional cooperation;high-frequency keywords and highlighted keywords high consistency, management intervention and general practice are the hot spots.Conclusion The research of general practitioners in the field of hypertension still needs to be deepened, and the cross-institutional and multi-disciplinary cooperation network needs to be strengthened.One of the directions of continuous exploration is to innovate the management, diagnosis and treatment mode of chronic diseases such as hypertension and form a more mature and standardized system.
