Research progress of health education model for elderly patients with chronic diseases under the background of “healthy aging”

慢性病的预防诊治工作已成为我国卫生事业发展中关注的焦点。相关研究表明,良好的健康教育模式能提高慢性病的治疗率和控制率,从而提升患者的生活质量。本文通过总结分析临床中常见的慢性病健康教育模式,为医务工作者有效开展健康教育工作提供建议,促进我国健康老龄化发展。

The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases have become the focus of China’s health development.Relevant research shows that a good health education model can improve the treatment rate and control rate of chronic diseases, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.This article summarizes and analyzes the common health education models of chronic diseases in clinical practice, and provides suggestions for medical workers to effectively carry out health education, so as to promote the development of healthy aging in China.
