中医护理技术临床RCT研究VOSviewer知识图谱热点分析

Hotspot of clinical randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in knowledge-map analysis based on VOSviewer

目的对中医护理技术临床随机对照试验(RCT)进行文献计量学分析,综述自建库以来该领域的研究热点。方法计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、CBM、PubMed、EMbase、Medline、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science 9大数据库,检索词为包括“刮痧”“拔罐”“麦粒灸”“隔物灸”“悬灸”“蜡疗”“穴位敷贴”“中药泡洗”“穴位注射”“中药冷敷”“中药湿热敷”“中药涂药”“中药熏蒸”“中药热熨敷”“中药离子导入”“耳穴贴压”“经穴推拿”“中药灌肠”及“随机”“随机对照”“RCT”,检索时间为建库至2022年6月。利用可视化分析软件VOSviewer 1.6.13对检索所得文献进行知识图谱分析,直观展示中医护理技术临床RCT近年来的研究热点。结果检索相关文献37669篇(其中中文文献35867篇,英文文献1802篇),按照纳入排除标准筛选后得到文献8158篇。结论中医护理技术临床RCT研究近年来发文量逐渐增多,由可视化分析可见,穴位注射、中药灌肠、穴位敷贴发文量较多,而悬灸、中药冷敷、中药湿热敷、中药热熨敷等耗时较长的中医护理技术开展率相对较低。

Objective To conduct bibliometric analysis on clinical randomized controlled trials(RCT)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology,aiming to review the research hotspots in this field.Methods Computer searches were performed in nine large databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,Medline,The Cochrane Library and Web of Science.From the establishment of the database to June 2022,the Keywords including"scrapping""cupping""grain moxibustion""separated moxibustion""suspension moxibustion""wax therapy""acupoint application""Chinese medicine bubble wash""acupoint injection""traditional chinese medicine cold compress""Chinese traditional medicine wet hot compress""traditional chinese medicine coating""Chinese medicine fumigation""Chinese medicine hot ironing apply""Chinese medicine iontophoresis""auricular application pressure""Acupoint massage""traditional Chinese medicine enema""random""randomized control"and"RCT"were searched to build database.The visual analysis software VOSviewer 1.6.13 was used to conduct knowledge map analysis on the retrieved literature,and intuitively show the research hotspots of clinical RCT of TCM nursing technology in recent years.Results A total of 37669 literatures representing 35867 Chinese literatures and 1802 English literatures were included,and 8158 literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Conclusion In recent years,the number of articles published in clinical RCT research of TCM nursing technology has been increasing year by year.From the visual analysis,it can be seen that the number of articles published regarding acupoint injection,TCM enema and acupoint application is more,while the development rate of TCM nursing techniques such as hanging moxibustion,TCM cold compress,TCM wet hot compress and TCM hot pressing is relatively low.
