艺术治疗小组辅助干预对中晚期食管癌患者的影响

Effect of art therapy group assisted intervention on patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer

目的研究艺术治疗小组辅助运动-心理-睡眠干预对中晚期食管癌患者应激反应、癌因性疲乏及免疫功能的影响。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2021年1月至2022年1月89例中晚期食管癌住院患者,采用随机数字表分组,对照组44例给予运动-心理-睡眠干预,观察组45例联合艺术治疗小组的辅助干预,对比两组患者癌因性疲乏、心理应激反应和免疫功能。结果观察组干预后,心理应激压力量表、Piper疲乏修正量表(PFS-R)和癌因性疲乏量表(CFS)评分分别为(89.88±4.87)分、(3.26±1.15)分、(18.66±3.44)分,低于对照组(120.98±5.14)分、(5.23±1.65)分、(28.87±3.86)分,尊严量表(PDI)评分为(89.43±5.35)分,高于对照组(75.35±5.22)分(P<0.05);观察组干预后,T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_(4)^(+))、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平分别为(43.32±3.25)%、(1.77±0.24),均高于对照组(36.41±3.15)%、(1.54±0.23),CD_(8)^(+)水平为(22.54±2.23)%,低于对照组(25.08±2.65)%(P<0.05)。结论艺术治疗小组辅助运动-心理-睡眠干预能够减轻中晚期食管癌患者心理应激反应和癌因性疲乏,提高免疫功能。

Objective To study the effects of art therapy group assisted exercise-psycho-sleep intervention on stress response,cancer-induced fatigue and immune function in patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 89 inpatients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and grouped by random number table.44 cases in the control group were given exercise-psycho-sleep intervention,and 45 cases in the observation group were assisted with art therapy group.Cancer-induced fatigue,psychological stress response and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of psychological stress scale,Piper Fatigue Scale-Revised(PFS-R)and cancer fatigue scale(CFS)were(89.88±4.87),(3.26±1.15)and(18.66±3.44),respectively,lower than the control group(120.98±5.14),(5.23±1.65),(28.87±3.86)points,for Patient Dignity Inventory(PDI)score(89.43±5.35),higher than the control group(75.35±5.22),P<0.05;After intervention,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(4)^(+))and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were(43.32±3.25)%and(1.77±0.24)respectively,higher than those in the control group(36.41±3.15)%and(1.54±0.23),and the level of CD_(8)^(+)was(22.54±2.23)%,lower than the control group(25.08±2.65)%,P<0.05.Conclusion Art therapy group assisted exercise-psycho-sleep intervention can reduce the psychological stress response and cancer-induced fatigue and improve immune function in patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer.
