以音乐为核心的康复干预对重症肺炎患者心理状态以及睡眠质量的影响效果

Effect of rehabilitation intervention based on music on mental state and sleep quality in patients with severe pneumonia

目的探讨以音乐为核心的康复干预对重症肺炎患者心理状态以及睡眠质量的影响效果。方法按照随机数字表将2020年2月至2022年6月于河南科技大学第一附属医院接受治疗的80例重症肺炎患者分为两组,常规组40例给予常规干预,音乐组40例在常规组基础上给予以音乐治疗为核心的康复干预,对比两组症状恢复情况、心理状态、睡眠质量。结果音乐组退热时间(5.31±1.25)d、气促缓解时间(5.79±1.98)d、止咳时间(8.97±2.36)d、住院时间(13.64±1.25)d均短于常规组(6.87±2.03)d、(7.24±2.35)d、(10.38±2.67)d、(15.24±1.58)d,P<0.05;音乐组入睡时间(1.02±0.02)分、睡眠时间(1.34±0.12)分、睡眠质量(1.02±0.26)分、睡眠效率(1.03±0.28)分、安眠药物(0.87±0.05)分、睡眠障碍(0.67±0.06)分、日间功能(1.11±0.18)分、总分(7.64±1.01)分各维度得分低于常规组(1.36±0.11)分、(1.67±0.34)分、(1.28±0.38)分、(1.41±0.30)分、(1.02±0.10)分、(0.97±0.12)分、(1.45±0.24)分、(10.31±1.58)分,P<0.05;音乐组焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分(24.30±6.24)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分(31.31±5.28)分低于常规组(29.31±8.94)分、(34.52±6.34)分,P<0.05。结论将以音乐为核心的护理干预方式用于重症肺炎患者中可调节负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,进而改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention with music as the core on mental state and sleep quality of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods According to the random number table,80 patients with severe pneumonia who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups.40 patients in the conventional group received routine intervention,and 40 patients in the music group received rehabilitation intervention with music therapy as the core on the basis of the conventional group.Symptom recovery,mental state and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results In the music group,the time to relieve fever(5.31±1.25)d,the time to relieve shortness of breath(5.79±1.98)d,the time to stop cough(8.97±2.36)d,and the time to stay in hospital(13.64±1.25)d were shorter than those in the conventional group of(6.87±2.03)d,(7.24±2.35)d,(10.38±2.67)d,(15.24±1.58)d,P<0.05;The scores of falling-asleep time(1.02±0.02),sleep time(1.34±0.12),sleep quality(1.02±0.26),sleep efficiency(1.03±0.28),sleeping drugs(0.87±0.05),sleep disorder(0.67±0.06),daytime function(1.11±0.18),and total score(7.64±1.01)in the music group were lower than those in the conventional group of(1.36±0.11),(1.67±0.34),(1.28±0.38),(1.41±0.30),(1.02±0.10),(0.97±0.12),(1.45±0.24)and(10.31±1.58)points,P<0.05;The scores of SAS(24.30±6.24)and SDS(31.31±5.28)in the music group were lower than those of the conventional group(29.31±8.94)and(34.52±6.34),P<0.05.Conclusion The nursing intervention with music as the core can be used to regulate negative emotions,improve sleep quality and improve clinical symptoms in patients with severe pneumonia.
